Planning Ahead

Most women become more organized when they become a mother- I became less. Because of my job I was always pretty organized. When you manage a team of 25+ people you have to be. So naturally it shifted to my personal life. But since I became a mom it has slowly gotten worse. Not just personally but professionally too. I need to get my act together!

So today I plan to make a couple of meals ahead. And some stuff for the freezer. I keep seeing all this awesome pawsome women who have these freezers stocked to the nines with prepared meals, meats, and breakfast items.

I am making enchiladas, stuffed shells, muffins, pancakes and cereal bars. I am also making some breakfast pies. we just went to Costco so I don’t think I can fit much else in my freezer!!

I also am hoping to get the desk reorganized this week. It is a big task but it so needs to be done. And we have a storage closet that needs some love so I’m adding that to the list.

Please wish me luck! Time is certainly not in my side:(

Good luck! I wish I could get more organized, too. The freezing meals thing has been something I’ve always meant to do. Let us know how it goes!
