This year, after an unsuccessful trip to the mall, I opted for online Christmas shopping. Now I know this wasn’t all the malls fault. Like I’ve said before, my heart just isn’t into it this year. So amazon.com here I come, be nice to me.
Shopping done and I notice it isn’t recognizing I’m a prime member and deserve discounts?! Okay I paid for this membership and I am seriously going to be pissed! I begin a chat with their online help who notices I have 2 accounts. In order to recall my password I need the card I used on my previous purchase. Awesome- I lost my wallet and that card so yea not possible! I have to call in because they can’t fix it online.
I call in. After a long time on hold while they try to correct the problem- they do. It takes a few tries and almost an hour but it’s fixed!! And I have to say the csr was extremely helpful and apologetic about the wait. And to top it all off I got 97% of my holiday shopping done and shipped before December 10! Y’all don’t know this but I am always late mailing out presents and end up paying a ton in shipping to get it there by Xmas or the day after. I am so proud of myself. I can’t wait for next year!
